This has to be one of the best group of people that we have worked with. From the first time we met and working with them and their staff until we completed the job and paperwork they made us feel like family. I love that they guarantee that the job will be completed on time and that your home will be spotless when they leave. Crew were fantastic. As they left today they reminded us that we could reach out to them anytime if we had issues with not only this job but any future needs that we might have. Great company. I called Willis Roofing after squirrels had chewed through a roof vent in my residence, opening up an attic leak. Willis had a staff member there within a couple of hours to assess and fix the problem. Their repair team found another vent that had been damaged that I didn’t even know about and repaired both leaks at a very reasonable charge. I’ve already referred them to other Homeowners in my Southport neighborhood. I strongly recommend Willis, particularly if you live in the Southport area. You won’t be disappointed by using this responsive, professional local business.

Willis Roofing was selected by our HOA to conduct two roof replacements on two buildings, each a four unit structure. The entire process was flawless from the first phone call to Jennifer to the finished product. Jim and Mallory walked the two buildings with our Board to make sure every aspect of the project exceeded our expectation. Willis Roofing will be our roofing contractor for all replacements as well as any repairs on existing roofs that haven't yet been replaced.

Job consisted of replacement of two powered attic roof ventillators and several of instances of minor roof repairs to restore roof integrity, most notably the main house vent cap. I was not aware of these issues before their roof assessment done in conjunction with the vent fan installations. Roof repairs and vent fans installations were completed very well and in a timely manner as scheduled. They were done in less than half a day. The roofers were very competent and personable. I am very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them again.

Willis Roofing installed my metal roof and repaired my screen porch roof, and did an awesome job, very detailed to do it right, and communicated with me to get what I wanted and what was best for my home. Highly recommended! And at a great price and stayed at his estimate!

Willis roofing performed a roof repair for a known leak and fixed many other problems that were previously identified during their roof inspection. I was extremely satisfied and impressed by the thoroughness of their inspection and manner in which they performed the repairs. It was a pleasure working with Jimmy, Jennifer and the roofing crew. This repair will hopefully get my roof through the next five years or so before I need a complete roof replacement at which time I will call on Willis Roofing once again.

I would highly recommend Willis Construction for a job. I met the owners when they brought by my estimate for my fortified roof. They were very friendly and thorough with their estimate. I had applied for and received a grant for my project. They were very informative on how everything would proceed. We discussed the financing of the project and the steps for the construction of the fortified roof. One statement that they made that impressed me most was cleanup. I was home when the old roof and new roof was installed. The crew was very friendly and professional. They knocked it out in one day and cleanup was excellent. I had return visits and calls to make sure that I was satisfied with their work! It was a pleasure to have a contractor that performed above and beyond your expectations, thanks to Willis Construction, Terry Huss , homeowner!

Jim ,Mallory,and his crew are outstanding. The first thing about any good contractor is honesty, they show up when promised and are punctual, they do both. Our roof was storm damaged ,inspected, and replaced by them. They did an excellent job and we did not find a nail or any debris left around the house. Don't look any further for your roofing needs.

These guys are terrific. I had a leak in my roof and gave them a call. They came out THAT DAY and gave me a quote. They were our within a week repairing the roof. The crew was very friendly and professional. They did an awesome job and they cleaned up before they left. You wouldn't even know they were here. Hope I never need roofers again, but if I do, I'll use these guys every time.

Jim and his team were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I highly recommend them. Everyone was very professional. Our roof was completed in two days in spite of the extremely hot weather. Both days before they left they make sure everything was cleaned up. Way to go Willis Roofing!
